The Equality Committee works to ensure an inclusive, fair, and discrimination-free work environment. Its goal is to promote equal opportunities in research careers and eliminate any barriers that may create inequalities based on sex, gender identity or sexual orientation, disability, ethnic or racial origin, or any other personal or social circumstance.

The GEO3BCN-CSIC equality committee, proposed by Joaquina Álvarez-Marron, was established in January 2022 by the institute board. If you have any doubts or suggestions, you can send an email to comissio.igualtat@geo3bcn.csic.es.

• Creation of the Equality Committee webpage section.
